Advantest Technology values its employees and provides overall functional planning for employees from recruitment, appointment, training, evaluation, and retention. Based on organizational culture, it allows employees to have common values, which are then transformed into enthusiasm, recognition, and a sense of mission for work。
When new employees report for work, they are required to undergo a one-week training course, including corporate culture, business philosophy, labor safety and health lectures, pre-employment education requirements, etc., so that new employees can fully understand the company before starting work。
Advantest provides on-the-job training for employees in many aspects:
- At work: We plan annual training plans based on company goals every year, conduct various regulatory certification, professional training, multi-functional training, successor training, etc., and hold talent training camps every year。
- In life: We hold spiritual life lectures every quarter and hold dinners from time to time to relieve employees' psychological pressure, adjust their body and mind, and gather employees' centripetal force。
